Direct Wonen is the market leader in the field of private residential letting and is active in the sale of new construction projects and financial services. These activities are accommodated in the Residential and Financial Services divisions.

The Housing Division accommodates private letting and sales of newly built property.

The Financial Services division encompasses mortgages and insurance.
For a number of years, Direct Wonen has been active in the mortgage brokerage and insurance market through Direct Hypotheken and Direct Verzekeren. In 2006 this position was strengthened by the acquisition of Acadium Bastion. This has added a high-quality back-office to a fast-growing division that already features an excellent provider of mortgages in the high-end segment and a market leader in the area of “golden handshakes”.

The first stage of this will be for Direct Wonen to create an alliance in the field of consumer credit.
