Direct Wonen is a leading company in the Dutch market for private home rentals, thanks partly to its national network of 26 branches and the interactive portal www.directwonen.nl. Visited by 50% of the total target group of young professionals every year, the site is also the engine driving rapid growth in the New Build Property Sales department and Financial Services division. Direct Wonens knowledge of the target group, as present in the database, can be applied across these divisions.

Most business processes at Direct Wonen are Internet-driven. Besides the online portal and Direct Wonen client contact centre, some 26 branches in The Netherlands provide for personal contact with clients and execution of the contracts. The three elements together - the Internet, a national network of offices and a client contact centre - provide an optimum service for our clients.
